Custom Draper takes pride in our excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every product is custom made to order, unlike mass-produced imported goods. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for products that were accurately made to the specifications on your order.

Please be sure to select your fabrics carefully. Use a steel tape measure… and measure twice! We recommend ordering fabric swatches first to be sure the color and texture meets your expectation. Please feel free to contact us for assistance during any step in the process and we will gladly guide you through measurement or make suggestions for style/color selection. 

We are 100% committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. It is rare that the workroom makes an error in production since each item is carefully inspected and compared to the order before it leaves the workroom.  However, if by chance you find the product was not made according to the details on your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will provide return instructions and promptly rework and return them to you at our cost.

Non-returnable reasons:

• Items do not fit properly but were made to the dimensions specified on the order
• Changed mind or ordered by mistake
• Slight color variation due to dye lot difference
• Shipping delay by carrier
